Desa Potato Head is more than a beach club: it's a design-led 'village' combining the original beach club, restaurants, bars, an art and music program and a sustainability-focused hotel. The signature amphitheatre — built from thousands of reclaimed antique window shutters — steps down to a lawn and an infinity pool right on the beach.

Days are for daybeds, poolside cocktails and long lunches; late afternoon is the main event, when the sunset DJ sets begin and the lawn fills up. The group is known for its 'zero-waste to landfill' ambition, with recycled materials and refillable design woven throughout.

It's free to walk in, but the sought-after daybeds, cabanas and pool loungers carry a minimum spend — and they book out fast for sunset, especially at weekends.
