C12 Single-Entry Pre-Investment Visa

C12 is the single-entry route for qualifying pre-investment activity, such as exploring an Indonesian investment opportunity before a formal investment is established. The official C12 route defines the precise permitted activity, required evidence, stay and extension conditions. C12 is not a work permit and does not by itself authorise operating a business, taking paid employment or treating company formation as completed. A later investor residence route is a separate decision with its own corporate and immigration conditions.
